• Berryville Broadband, Inc. does not collect data from visitors or subscribers through our website.  We respect your privacy and do not share information with third parties for marketing or other reasons.  If requested by law enforcement through proper and legal channels, we will provide information we have on file as required by law.

Our terms and conditions are simple.  We provide subscribers with the best quality service possible in exchange for them paying the agreed upon monthly subscription amount.  

• All billing is done in advance (May 22nd invoice is for service to be delivered in June, etc.)
• Subscriber invoices are E-mailed to the address we have on file the 22nd of each month.
• Payment of subscription service is due to be paid by the 1st of each month
• If payment has not been received by the 10th of the month, service will be suspended and a late charge of $15 will be added to the subscriber's balance due.
• Payment in full must be received before services may be restored, unless other arrangements have been made with management.
